Qualifier Workouts Released: (6 Workouts Released at once on August 30th)
Scores are all due: Sunday, September 22nd @ 11:59pm MST

*Qualifier will have an open leaderboard just like the CrossFit Open. You're welcome to submit your scores early or wait, all scores need to be submitted by the above Date & Mountain Standard Time.
*(We have partnered with WODPROOF to make it easy to record and submit the videos for the online qualifier workouts)
Men’s & Women’s Age Divisions:
16-29, 30-39, 40+
*16 Athletes will qualify for the in-person competition for each age group and skill division.
*Online Qualifier Funds: We have partnered with the Mayhem Mission Fundraiser for Lazar Dukic's Family! 100% of registration revenue from the online qualifier will be donated to this fundraiser.
*Prizes: 1st place finishing athletes in each age group & division will receive free entry into the live competition January 17-18th!

RX+ Division
This division is for the competitive CrossFit Athlete.
(Semi-Finals Individual/Team Qualifier)
(Minimum: Top 250 in Quarterfinals in Region)
(Minimum: Top 10% or higher in CF Open)
Minimum Movement Requirements:
Snatch 185/125
Clean & Jerk 225/155
Skills: Ring Muscle Ups, Bar Muscle Ups, Legless Rope Climbs, Pistols, Handstand Walks, Handstand Push Ups.
RX Division
This division is for the competitive CrossFit Athlete.
(Quarterfinals Crossfit Athletes)
(Minimum: Top 1500 in Quarterfinals in Region)
(Minimum: Top 25% or higher in CF Open)
minimum Movement Requirements:
Snatch 155/105
Clean & Jerk 185/125
Skills: Ring Muscle Ups, Bar Muscle Ups, Rope Climbs, Pistols, Handstand Walks, Handstand Push Ups.
Intermediate Division
This division is for the newer CrossFit Athlete or the crossfit athlete that does not have proficent higher skill Movement capabilities.
Can complete some Open WOrkouts & daily workouts Rx’d but not all.
Minimum Movement Requirements:
Snatch 135/85
Clean & Jerk 155/105
Skills: Chest to Bar, Toes To Bar, Modified height Rope Climbs, Modified Handstand Push Ups, Double Unders.
Rookie Division
This division is for the newer CrossFit Athletes who have limited competition expereince & or Need modified movements & lower volume on Pull Ups, Toes To Bar, Double Unders.
For Atjhlete where Most daily class workouts are modified in some way.
Minimum Movement Requirements:
Snatch 115/75
Clean & Jerk 135/85
Skills: Lower Volume Pull Ups & or Ring Rows, Lower Volume Toes To Bar & or Knee Raises , Modified height Rope Climbs, Modified Handstand Push Ups, lower Volume Double Unders.
Live In Person Competition January 17th-18th!
Registration for Live Competition will Range between $199-249 depending on budget and expenses for running the competition. We expect the cash prize pot to be between $25,000-30,000!
