EVENT DAY SCHEDULE

Throughout the Day there will be 4 Events for all divisions: (1) Floater Event & (3) Other Events, There will be a total of 7 scores for the competition which means multiple events will have multiple scored parts. 700pts possible for all teams/divisions.

Come prepared. Bring whatever food and beverages you need to stay fueled and hydrated during the day, and any supportive equipment you may need (ie belts, hand protection). Also, bring something to stay cool (like tents and chairs), the competition will be inside but open to the outdoors.

No refunds. We get it that stuff happens but we will not be able to issue any refunds once a registration is made.
**unless the competition does not take place and is cancelled we will issue refunds to all registered teams.
You can transfer a registration and substitute any athlete up to the day of the competition.

Event #1 

“Partner Grace + 21.4 Complex”

(2 Part Scored Event)

PROVEN 2.0 Event #1 has two scores, Part 1 is for time of partner “Grace” Part 2 begins immediately following completion of Part 1 or 3 min time cap, Part 2 is for heaviest partners combined complex of 1 deadlift, 1 clean, 1 hang clean, 1 jerk. Time Cap is 10 Minutes Total for Part 1 & 2.

Event #2

“Grunt Work: Bike, Sandbag, Meters”

(Three Part Scored Event)

PROVEN 2.0 Event #2 has 3 scores, part 1 is 3:00 Min Max Reps Sandbag Over Shoulder, Part 2 is 3:00 Minutes Max Calorie Assault Bike, Part 1 & 2 partners are working simultaneously on opposite parts, with a :30 second rotation between, scores will be combined Reps for Part 1 & Combined Calories for Part 2. 

Part 3 is 12 Minutes Max Meter Row while Partner Bear Hugs SandBag, Part 3 begins :30seconds after athletes complete both Part 1&2

FAQ:

1: Sandbag must go over shoulder, Not Around shoulder which will result in no rep.

2: Sandbag bearhug athletes must only use arms to support with majority of sandbag above hips, cannot support bag on shoulder or thighs, if athlete moves to any position not approved athlete rowing must stop rowing. *Penalty will be assessed for disregard to movement standards.
